Well, the ARRL WWW.ARRL.ORG has made another reason to join.  In addition to being our advocate in Washington regarding Amateur Radio, they have just started a new monthly publication called “On The Air” devoted to new hams looking for practical and understandable ideas and information on ham radio.  I read the first issue and found it easy to understand and useful for new hams.
