Any word yet on what the communications plan will be and what frequencies we will be using?  I would like to get my radios programmed up and ready to roll.

We will be using the new 145.525 for the simplex communication.  This was primarily due to a repeater using the 145.555 for it's output.  Use the 145.525 while traveling as well as during the Op unless net control advises otherwise.  Also Big Bear Repeater gets all the way to at least Randsburg if simplex is too distant.  From the fuel stop in Olancha, we were able to talk simplex to the base camp area.

Jeff, It sounds like you'll be arriving at sunset on Friday. I should have the base antenna up by then. Be sure to tune to 145.525 primary. 145.555 is now a secondary freq.
