Joe Orrico, WB6HRO, has graciously offered the use of his personal repeater that he maintains on Santiago Peak, at an altitude of about 5,500 feet.  He has not only offered the use of the repeater for hosting a Land Ops Net, but also for occasional use by Land Ops Members.  The repeater frequency is 446.880 -141.3/141.3.  For those who aren’t sure what this means, it means that you use a pl tone on both transmit and receive.

We had a short first net tonight with 5 who joined in.  We will probably set a new time for next week so we don’t interfere with another net that was heard on the same frequency.

For those with Allstar, the node is 50020, and for Echolink, search for WB6HRO-R to join.

    Thank You Joe!
