Land Ops has been invited to conduct an introductory presentation at the annual Quartzfest near Quartzsite, Arizona.

Level 1 – Quartzfest Mini Op by Land Ops

Schedule - Tentative

Monday 1/24 - 8:00-9:00 pm LandOps Presentation in Event Area 3 including showing of Land Ops videos

Thursday 1/27 - afternoon Mini op?

Thursday 1/27 - 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm Land Ops Mini-Ops Night Op?

Land Ops will need participants to help run the Night Mini-Op as well as to help represent Land Ops during the presentations. Land Ops will monitor 145.555 simplex.  The Quartzfest Official Talk-in Frequency is 146.550 simplex

What is QuartzFest? 
QuartzFest is a week-long ham radio, camping, learning and living event. QuartzFest 2022, celebrating its 27th anniversary, is an ARRL Specialty Convention being held January 23 to 29, 2022 near Quartzsite, Arizona. No other hamfest in the world brings together in one gathering so much innovation in mobile antenna systems, mobile ham shacks, recreation vehicles, portable and mobile EMCOMM systems, off-the-grid living, alternative energy and radio education.
