Mojave Road Western Leg Recon

Land Ops will be meeting up with the Mojave Road Overland Group on Friday afternoon, to run the western leg of the Mojave Road on Saturday the 25th.  If you sign up for this trip, do not sign up for the Mojave Road Recon Trip.

• Advance Team Arrival Thursday to Base Camp location.
• Friday Arrival by 1:00 PM to Base Camp location at 35.18554, -115.84438, which is off Kelbaker Road.  Fuel up in Baker before heading to base camp. Possible run to Lava Tubes in afternoon.
• Saturday 8:00 AM Drivers Meeting.
• Saturday 9:00 AM Departure for Trail.  About 30-40 miles offroad.
• Exit at Afton Canyon to return to Base Camp for the night.
• Sunday, optional to depart with Overland Group to head south to see Megaphone, Broadwell Lake, etc.
