I’m curious who is inbound tonight, Friday night.  It’s about 6:45 pm as I write this.

    Thanks, Rick.

    That sounds easy enough.

I'll call for base when I pass the mountain to the north and reach Hoffman Rd.

Probably won't be able to reach us as soon as you leave the pavement because the mountain is in the way. As you come around the mountain near the dry lake beds just call for base camp.

I am currently near base camp number 2.

    Hey there!

Kat and I look forward to coming in on Friday and will reach out on Ham to discover which of the 4 locations we'll be using.

Waypoints are in the Garmin and I've looked at both topo and satellite imagery. It seems fairly straight forward and we'll try to reach out when we leave the pavement and air down.

It appears that the last place for us to put gas in the tank is in Kramer Junction.

I've just printed the waivers and we'll bring the signed hardcopies with us. Fire permit is ready to go for the gas stove.

We're not sure exactly when we'll be able to leave on Friday, because of some business that needs to be concluded before we can leave. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, we are shooting for getting there in the early to mid afternoon.

    See you soon!

Hello All Land Ops Operators who will be attending the upcoming Cuddeback Nav-Com Op.  Due to the Covid-19, this will be our first organized event since the beginning of the state restrictions and it is important that everyone attending agree to the new protocols and that they understand the potential risks from attending this event.  We have developed two documents, that all participants, regardless of whether they are a driver or a passenger, need to fill out and sign.

Waiver and General Release of Liability Relating to Coronavirus Fillable.pdf

    2020 Covid 19 Plan Cuddeback.pdf

We will be sending this around via email as well to all participants, and we appreciate your prompt response.  The Waiver form is a fillable PDF form.
