Death Valley Adventures

    A couple years ago, I did a trip to Death Valley with SCLR, the So Cal LandRover Club.   While working our way south on Saline Valley Rd., at the intersection of Lippencott Mine Rd., we found a Chevy Impala that had somehow made it into the area.  There was another group of people there who had tried to help them with their flat tire, but to no avail.  They ended up writing a funny article about the incident in Jalopnik, which is a blog on automobile topics.  Here is the link to a very funny article..

    Needless to say, Death Valley is a place to be respected.  Be prepared....
